Yes — and that is the product. You get a model trained on your notes: your phrasing, your order, your habits. Everyone else is running the same generic scribe. Od Notes is not.

A generic model writes like an average of the internet. A model trained on your dictation writes like you. Cover letters, progress notes, the way your clinic already files — those stay in the weights, not in a prompt you have to babysit.

We take security very seriously. You sign in with the same Od Suite account you already use; only your clinic can open the workspace, and a finished note leaves with you. See also our security and privacy pages.

It is built not to: it polishes and structures what is already in your source, and adds nothing clinical of its own. Like any AI output, read the note before it goes into the record — you stay the author.
